• A 50% deposit is required before services are rendered, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.

1. Contact the Owner: Send an email detailing your complaint to info@careerrise.org. Please include your name, contact information, and a description of the issue.

2. Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days acknowledging receipt of your complaint.

3. Resolution Process: The Owner will review the complaint and may request additional information if necessary.

4. Final Response: A resolution or response will be provided within 14 business days. If further discussion is required, both parties may agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.
